Hello from Coach Avery!

Hello VG Parents,

I hope you are doing well and have had some time to rest after the busy-ness of the school year ending. I have attached a link to a video that I would like everyone (swimmers included) to watch in advance of Saturday (5/27). The video is a way for me to touch base with you from a distance.

A couple reminders while you're reading this:

-Swimmer Evaluations Wednesday @6:30 at Raintree Athletic Club

-Parent's meeting Saturday 5/27 @9:00 at VG pool with last minute evals right before @ 8:30

-1st day of practice Tuesday 5/30 


Finally, please utilize the team website for many details of the season. Below is the practice schedule for this summer just as it appears on the website.

Monday

  • Blue: 7:15-8:45am
  • Green: 8:30- 9:30am
  • Yellow: No practice

Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday

  • Blue: 7:15- 8:30am
  • Green: 8:15-9:00am
  • Yellow: 8:45- 9:30am

Friday

  • Blue: 6:30- 8:00am
  • Green: 7:45-9:00am
  • Yellow 8:30-9:30am
