VGV 4th of July BBQ Fundraiser update

Thank you to everyone who signed up for the BBQ Fundraiser!  Most shifts are filled and we still need 2 more shifts filled.

Some folks had questions about 4th of July and volunteering in general:

Question: How can I access volunteering through the swimtopia app?

Answer: Use a web browser and this link to login via the team website and calendar. https://village-green-velociraptors.swimtopia.com/. The swimtopia app on your cell phone won't take you to the volunteer signup calendar.

Question: Can family members volunteer?

Answer: Yes. Mostly parents and gaurdians volunteer. Aunts, uncles, grandparents, and responsible and trustworthy teenagers can also volunteer anytime. Give Cheryl or Brandy a heads up if a family member volunteers.

Question: All the shifts are filled for a certain date/shift and I want to sign up!

Answer: Let Cheryl or Brandy know and we can make adjustments
